Currently I am the Manager of the analytical chemistry group at Revlon. As an encapsulation expert at Salvona Technologies, I managed all aspects of product development, from initial project inception to successful commercialization. Before this, I worked at Merck in the Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences group, doing HPLC method development for small molecules and proteins, stability studies including impurity identification, and formulation for animal studies. I have worked in the energy industry developing catalysts and technologies for CO2 capture and natural gas sweetening. My PhD research was on cytochrome P450 (liver enzymes involved in drug metabolism) and related chemical catalysts, and involved identifying oxidation products by GC-MS and capillary NMR.
