In role of Head of People Management I am responsible for leading the People team and for the deliverables of the People function. The role works in partnership with the business and executive leaders and is embedded into the organisations business units and strategic people discussions. The role champions people best practice, leads and drives strategic People initiatives and project implementations and ensures quality and consistency in HR advice provided. The role ensures Brady leaders and employees are supported through forward thinking People policies and processes and practical advice; ensuring the work of the People function is supporting the achievement of the business strategies and objectives.
