Oversee our organization’s ongoing Customer Service, Compliance and Business Administration. Key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Manages all compliance within the business to ensure that PM Connect complies with legal and regulatory compliance. Ensure that the customer service function manages the revenue growth of the business with both internal and external customers. Assist with overseas expansion plans, included but not limited to the operation and running of new offices, recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with local legislation, flagging any risks to the CFO and CEO. Assist the CFO with legal administration, commercial contract review and storage of information ready for external due diligence. Assist the Board with any expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) To be responsible and manage the business due diligence of new carrier integrations.
