ABOUT HARRIET ELLIOTT

I am an energetic and positive People & Culture Manager with recruitment expertise who builds relationships and culture in creative organisations by action-orientated problem solving. Most recently, I have been part of an HR team at a specialist media agency with a broad range of responsibilities - end to end recruitment, on boarding, employee relations and communications, talent development via learning and development, DE & I strategy and ERGs, event management, award and accreditation submissions. This HR experience is underpinned by significant experience of headhunting for the advertising industry and Client Service in creative, communications agencies. In practice, I have an innate enthusiasm for and interest in people; I use strong communication and relationship building abilities to attract, train, motivate and connect with the most valuable part of any organisation - its talent. I am highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team. I am good at the detail but can also contribute to the bigger picture because I can think strategically and commercially.
