As an Educator, I plan and lead engaging, play-based activities tailored to children’s individual interests, supporting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. I ensure a safe and supportive environment while staying actively engaged with the children during their play. I track their learning progress through observations and reflections, contributing to their overall growth. I assist with daily routines like diapering, dressing, and eating, while working closely with families, colleagues, and community partners to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, I participate in professional development and support program housekeeping tasks, following CELC, CCEYA, and Ministry of Education guidelines.
