My primary goal was to create a Round concept and determine the company\'s mission, vision, short and long-term goals. Equipped with leadership and management capacities, I direct and handle all aspects of the weekly operations while ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the business.Utilizing my incomparable business management skills, I succeeded in expanding the company to two locations and the bakery in 15 months with an initial budget of 30k euros. Furthermore, I provide leadership in setting the company’s annual business plan and strategies, including retail, ghost kitchens, digital, operations, growth and production.On top of that, I grew the business from 0 to 400k, with the goal of reaching 1 million in sales by 2022 using the new strategies. 2024 sales 3M
