MSc Real Estate Development graduate at the University of Westminster, I am hard-working, attentive and inquisitive, which is portrayed in the way I present my work to my personal hobbies. I always aim to push myself to achieve more which allows me to gain new skills as well as further develop and improve existing skills. This course has allowed me to understand different aspects within the property industry. Modules like Site Assembly and Development, Law for Property Professionals, Development Funding Finance, Project Implementation Process and Finance Asset Management. These modules provided an insight to what the industry consists of on paper. I am enthusiastic and proactive, I would like to take up an internship or a graduate scheme to gain industry experience, insight and knowledge.Having studied Media and Marketing & Communications as an undergraduate course at De Montfort University, I have an understanding of the market and I feel it can be an advantage to have two different disciplines i can understand the market and how to push through it within the property industry.
