Working with various business functions to understand the day to day operations and helping identify where processes could be streamlined and how we could become more effective as an organization to help achieve the objectives of our customer. My analysis helped remove manual ways of working through the use of Microsoft Power Apps. The introduction of these applications helped centralize data, introduced standards of practice to ensure consistency across the various regions, and enhanced the output and reporting through Power BI dashboards.Deliverables included;•Fire Risk Assessment application to help the Building Assurance Specialists undertake reviews of the buildings and assess the fire risk, and offer recommendations to make the buildings safer.•Permit To Work application to manage and control high risk Hard FM tasks on NHS sites.•E-Certifications for PPM Compliance including Gas Safety, Hot Surfaces etc•Cleaning Audits application to help ensure NHS PS cleaned healthcare settings to the standards set out by NSoHC 2021•Document Workflow applications for various areas of the business, to manage documentation through various approval stages.•Service Assurance Audit application to examine various elements of service delivery at property level including waste management, catering etc.•Health & Safety application to carry out internal audits to help assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of the Health & Safety Management System•Reportal application to help automate the way the Project Management Centre of Excellence team captured project data from project managers and completed monthly progress reports.Other responsibilities included;• Promoting agile methodology through design workshops, sprint reviews, daily stand ups and DevOps.• Developing User Storyboards to help the developers visualize how the requirements came together.• Promoting various MS apps and how they could improve ways of working e.g. MS Lists, Bookings etc.
