TTS offer an array of products which include Thermocouples, RTD\'s, Thermowells, Extension Wires, Accessories etc. that are specialized, customized, and required in any temperature measurement process. My key responsibilities are - Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to achieve short and long-term goals- Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities- Directs all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and customer service- Develop and nourish a dynamic and competent workforce through a robust performance driven culture- Works to ensure that the facility’s financial goals are met, including monthly profitability and EBITDA targets- Build long term, trusting relationships with Customers- Oversee the company’s financial performance and investments- Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance- Ensure a positive work environment - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
