Once the client approves the Change Order, partnering with the configuration and the files team to set up all the requirements in the system in test environment Preparing ICAT (Internal Client Accepting Testing) test plans and Cobra test plans based upon the new requirements, running the Annual Enrollment election renewal batch based upon the active or passive enrollment Managing the Annual Enrollment, ensuring all the eligible participants enrolls in the coverage for the next plan year via active and passive enrollment both Preparing the automatic Annual Enrollment notification reminders to all the employees so that no one misses the window.
