My name is Harpreet Jawanda, a passionate individual with a background in interior design and a strong interest in transitioning into project management within creative fields. Having recently graduated, I bring with me extensive experience from a placement year in interior design, where I developed a keen interest in immersive technology and its applications in enhancing design. I am proficient in software such as SketchUp and Enscape, creating innovative and interactive spaces that captivate and engage. In addition to my academic achievements, I have actively volunteered, applying my interior design skills in real-world scenarios. These experiences have provided me with practical insights into space planning, material selection, and design principles, enabling me to conceptualise and execute visually stunning design concepts. My skills in creative layouts, editorial design, and the Adobe Creative Suite have been honed through formal education and hands-on involvement. Furthermore, my role as a Media Loan Shop Assistant equipped me with valuable customer service experience, enhancing my ability to understand and meet client needs effectively. With a solid foundation in design principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, I am eager to transition into project management. I aim to leverage my diverse experiences and volunteer work to contribute to creative projects that inspire and delight.
