As the Undergraduate Business Program ACE Assistant, I work at the front desk of the UGBP office and attend phone calls while also communicating with the ACE Program and working on various ACE Program projects throughout the year. As the Program Assistant I have planned and executed the annual ACE Senior Recognition Dinner, as well as planned, marketed and facilitated communications for the buddy program events. Throughout the course of the week I provide additional assistance to all Undergraduate Business Program Office faculty as needed- Orchestrates event strategy, planning, communication, and execution for large scale events for ACE Leadership program- Facilitates workshops and activities aimed at increasing community for the ACE mentor program- Designs visually engaging infographics, invitations, and recruitment campaign materials via Canva to enhance the ACE Leadership Program’s visibility- Preforms administrative support for office staff, welcomes guests, and responds to phone and email inquiries from students, parents, and office affiliates
