As a Wellness Director @ Flying Trade Group my role consists of launching my own Home Decor brand \"Diva by Harper\" in all leading UK supermarkets and independent retailers (up to UK based). I specialise in Branded scented candles, diffusers and room sprays - also offer services for private label from my Factory based in Thailand. As well as HomeDecor being a passion I have a 10 year experience of operating Beauty businesses in Dubai & Mayfair and managed a large operation of up to 300 employee\'s and where clients a month were serviced in our chain of 7 salons. I am truly dedicated to the Wellness & Beauty industry and thoroughly enjoy building these businesses and making them a striving revenue generating success. I understand innovation and ensure that the business I manage are always aligned to the market\'s trend - Client obsession is what has supported my previous and current successes.
