Working closely with Company\'s Employees and Customers to capture and review the terms and conditions of the project. Effective and accurate data entry of contract description, pricing terms, terms, delivery schedule and payment terms. I have done my master\'s degree in Corporate and Finance Law from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, proving my dedication to legal and regulatory frameworks that govern business transactions, corporate governance, and financial operations.
