I help CFOs and finance leaders turn complexity into clarity.My career has been shaped by a long-standing fascination with how financial decisions drive business performance, a curiosity that began early and led me to pursue an MSc in Accounting & Finance (Aston Business School) and qualify as a CIMA professional.After building a strong foundation across banking and consulting roles at Lloyds, RBS, Santander, and Deloitte, I’ve spent the last several years working closely with CFOs and finance teams to modernise finance functions, improve decision-making, and unlock value from financial data. My experience spans finance transformation, FP & A, reporting, regulatory change, and the implementation of modern finance platforms across complex, global organisations.Today, at Datarails, I focus on helping finance teams move beyond manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes and into a more automated, scalable, and insight-driven FP & A operating model.
