Support events related to onboarding of client and funds with internal departments, other Schroders entities and external parties relating to: New Portfolio and Change events: Portfolio restructuring, Custody changes, Portfolio closures and Lost clients. Set up standard mandate structures in Aladdin IBOR / ABOR. Coordinate with custodians on custody set up and FX support. Ensure all key data is input into core platforms to support Investment/ Trading and Operations. Work with other operational teams to ensure Day 1 readiness, especially market access. Liaise with other departments/entities to build and develop good working relationship between operations and its internal/external stakeholders. Escalate potential problems before they become a risk. Contribute to company and department initiatives and projects.Adhere to control & governance frameworks to ensure risks are mitigated. Work on my own initiative and under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
