I started my career writing code. Today I lead people.That shift taught me something most business schools don\'t: technology without human understanding solves the wrong problems.It also shaped how I understand healthcare operations: complex problems rarely come from a single mistake; they come from broken handoffs, missing information, and processes that fail long before a claim is ever submitted.Six years ago, we started MedHeave with fewer than ten people and a clear premise: healthcare providers deserve revenue operations that are structured, accountable, and built to perform consistently over time. Today our team is nearly 250 strong, supporting providers across more than 20 states. Over the past year, we have grown more than 3x, driven largely by referrals and long-term partnerships.We did not grow by running after expansion. We built systems that providers could depend on year after year. Ultimately, growth followed.Our focus has always been building a company that providers can rely on for maximizing their revenue. Healthcare organizations come to us when they want stability and measurable improvement in their revenue cycle, across credentialing, billing, denial management, and optimization.I believe strong organizations are built by people who think like owners, make decisions based on real data, and take responsibility for outcomes. That is the culture we continue to build.Healthcare revenue should not depend on luck, heroic effort, or constant firefighting. It should be predictable, well-managed, and continuously improving.That is the standard we work toward every day.
