As the Lead Videographer Editor I am responsible for acting as a lead voice within the video team for the technical execution of pre-production, production and post productions. My role will help capture and edit documentary interviews, livestream events and research content on children with Brain Injuries or Brain Based Disorders with minimal direct supervision and provide mentorship, direction, and help to 2-3 other videographer/editors.* Responsible for assembling long and short form Visual and Audio content to support the needs for multiple departments* Provide mentorship, team leadership and support to videographer/editors to elevate the creative work by developing camera experience, shooting/editing skills* Capture and edit content to meet business needs and objectives* Managing & Preserving all media assets from photos, videos & audio files* Ingest/Organize/log/clean-up Documentary footage from shoots to prepare for edit* Livestream webinars and events via ZOOM, Vimeo live and Microsoft teams using a Blackmagic cinema camera 4k, Sony A1 & FX3 to single cam livestream via a camlink or Multi cam livestream using an ATEM MINI PRO for live events* Attend regular meetings with Leadership, Marketing Director and Project Managers to align the videography team with the organization\'s objectives and current/upcoming projects* Create Presentation videos with PowerPoint slides and live video recordings* Record Voiceover/Audio clips and cleanup audio using Adobe suite for PowerPoint presentations videos, CE/T & CEU research videos/online courses* Demonstrated expert experience with postproduction and graphics software, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere & After Effects* Expert level knowledge about various cameras, equipment, shooting and editing styles and techniques* Proven track record of being capable of delivering high quality content regardless of the shoot and other conditions
