Harold is a strategy professional with over eight years of experience across business, technology, investment and public sector advisory. He holds a master\'s degree from Columbia University, with a concentration in corporate growth, technology strategy and digital economy.In his current role at Telkom Indonesia, Harold drives growth strategy and inorganic initiatives, including major M&A deals, subsidiary divestments, and the expansion of subsidiaries\' capacity. He also contributes to strategic governance as part of the BoC Office at TelkomMetra, supporting high-level decision-making across Telkom Group’s digital and infrastructure portfolios.Previously, Harold worked for IIPC New York, where he advised U.S. and other North America corporations on their investment plans into Indonesia, facilitated over USD 2.4 billion in FDI. He also represented Indonesia and supported Minister of Investment at international forums such as the APEC Summit 2023 and Expo Indonesia en Mexico 2023.Earlier in his career, he spent over five years as a technology consultant, supporting government agencies and enterprises in delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
