I’m a Sales and Technical Support leader. I help companies win deals and reduce costs by being a one stop shop for all things sales support - proposal management, business analytics, process management, customer service, application support, tools creation and process improvement. If a sales team needs me to do a cost-benefit analysis I can do that. If I am required to write code in Excel or other languages, or if I am asked to support an application I just do it. When I need to lead teams in support of proposal progression or supply proposal content I get the job done. If I need to contact a customer to assist in winning a deal or to resolve a complaint I\'m eager to respond to the challenge.
