From January 1990 until August 2015, I was employed by Swiss Reinsurance Company, including an acquired Company, Mercantile and General.From June 2007 until August 2015, I was Senior Vice President and Head of Claims for Canada and the English Caribbean (including Bermuda) leading a team that provided services to Clients in these Regions. I was also a member of the Executive Team.In addition, I have experience in planning, building and working with External Runoff Teams looking for Client solutions using Insurance/Reinsurance Re-Structuring Solutions such as Adverse Development Covers and Exit Strategies. I led Teams in Quality Control audits for Clients. I have driven Systems solutions, business analytics and file retention solutions for Employers and Clients.I retired from Swiss Re in August 2015 and have been volunteering with a local hospital and the Canadian Red Cross.I consult for Organizations if the work is interesting and challenging.
