ABOUT HAROLD FUDALI
Executive Manager for the US Corporates and Insurance Companies client segment within BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust Division. He manages a team of sales and relationship management professionals based throughout the country and responsible for the coverage of potential new business referrals from intermediaries such as law firms and brokers, and managing client portfolios consisting of our most strategically important relationship names. Prior to his current role, Mr. Fudali was part of the Global Client Solutions Middle Office Group where he was the Senior Group Manager of the Structured Finance and CDO Client Service teams within Corporate Trust. This group provides client service support for the ABS, Student Loan and CDO product lines with teams across the United States in New York, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Texas, and at one point had also included locations in London-England, Dublin-Ireland and Milan-Italy. Prior to joining BNY Mellon in December of 2006, Mr. Fudali worked for JPMorgan Chase and its heritage firms for more than 19 years. There he held a variety of management roles that spanned structured finance, document custody/whole loan triparty repo, collateral management, escrow and broker-dealer services. Mr. Fudali earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and the Structured Finance Industry Group.
