About Harold Cohen
A seasoned mediator and arbitrator, Harold has assisted many in reaching agreements during stressful, difficult, and even thought-to-be-impossible disputes. He is the Past President of the Maryland Council on Dispute Resolution (MCDR), the oldest alternative dispute organization in Maryland. Harold has mediated cases for the Better Business Bureau, FINRA, the EEOC, and the District Courts of Maryland. His private practice, Cohen Mediation, has mediated many family cases involving divorce and parenting agreements. Harold is also a non-attorney representative on the Maryland Attorney General Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee.
