Part time support to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Energy) providing Acquisition, Science and Technology, Research and Development, Wargaming, and Fully-Burdened Cost of Energy policy and process development and support. Support to Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and University of Dayton Research Institute for energy technologies operational assessments. Logistics and Management; expert in lean six sigma, theory of constraints, etc.
