This permits the property to support a hotel, restaurants, other commercial uses, and a 98-townhome residential development. • Wrote the business plan and started the collector car auction business line for Carlisle Events. o This provides a new revenue source and allowed revenues to grow from 8 million to over 20 million dollars in six years• Evaluate event portfolio and focus the company resources on events that enhance profitability. • Acquisition of special event business in the Florida market. • Assisted ownership with Estate and Buy-Sell planning. • Manage Banking Relationships.o Arranged and managed interim debt financing to fund core business operations o Arranged debt financing for real estate development project which layered both private and public dollars to fund the necessary infrastructure to support traffic, stormwater, and other public utilities• Liaison to Community and Political Leaders.o Work closely with the Borough of Carlisle on grants, permits, and zoning issueso Board Member of Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce and Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation • Responsible for financial and operational areas, including accounting, tax, human resources, risk management (insurance and security), gate operations, facilities, mergers, and acquisitions.
