Using my experience as a 3-time national pairs medalist of Canada to coach elite level singles, pairs, and harness at the Leaside Skating Club.• I have completed a Master\'s (M.A) in General Kinesiology with an emphasis on Sports Psychology and Sports Administration to enable my athletes to surpass their natural potential by teaching them the tools to overcome mental and physical barriers that arise in training and in competition.• I have completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Kinesiology in order to understand thoroughly the biomechanics, physiology, structural anatomy, and nutritional aspects that go into making champion figure skaters. I apply this to each training session I conduct.• I have been the head coach of Canadian singles and pairs Sectional medalists, Ontario Starskate Championships medalists, as well as Challenge and National level competitors. • I have coached and continue to coach national-team and international-level junior and senior skaters.• I have assisted many of Canada\'s top figure skating coaches where their skaters.
