ABOUT HARNEET SEHGAL

As a kid, firefighters were like real-life superheroes to me, not just because they ran into burning buildings, but because of their unwavering commitment to the community. Those heroes lit the initial spark for me to value the importance of making a positive impact in my community. Funny story: I figured calling 911 was the best way to have a face-to-face with my firefighter heroes. Spoiler alert: it wasn\'t. Instead of a big red truck, I got a police car at my doorstep. Talk about a plot twist, right? It\'s a story that still cracks me up, but also pumps up my drive to contribute meaningfully to those around me. Parallel to this community-driven spirit, sports played a pivotal role in sculpting my character. Emulating the resilience and work ethic of icons like Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant, I immersed myself in various sports, learning to embrace challenges and adapt quickly. These early experiences instilled in me a grit that transcends the playing field, driving my academic and professional pursuits. At USC Marshall School of Business, these twin passions converged. My natural aptitude for quickly understanding new concepts, coupled with an insatiable curiosity, has been the cornerstone of my journey. Today, as I continue to explore diverse career paths, my commitment to community service, a sports-driven work ethic, and a lifelong learner’s mindset guide me. I am eager to engage in roles that challenge and expand my horizons.
