Beginning my journey as a Associate Sourcing Partner and developing my skills, led for me to achieve a position as a Senior Sourcing Partner. This is where I was able to; Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activity. Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the success of the recruitment process. Provide technical support to users of the recruitment technology. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Utilise effective sourcing strategies to obtain fees that benefit the business and keep high levels of satisfaction for our clients.During my time, I also acted as a Interim Team Leader, where I led a team of seven by providing support, guidance and leadership. My responsibilities included organising team incentives, workshops and one-on-one sessions to boost collaboration and development. I used in-house systems and Power BI to track team performance, identify issues and provided training suggestions. I facilitated a team understanding of clients, industries and candidates through on-site visits, courses and discussions. I ensured efficient recruitment processes for clients, resulting in high fees for the company.Key Achievements: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recruitment challenges, resulting in a reduction in recruitment-related delays. Trained and mentored junior recruiters, resulting in an improvement in their performance and contributions to the team. Kept and maintained a high candidate satisfaction rate through personalised and professional communication and feedback processes. Built a network of top-tier candidates through proactive sourcing and outreach efforts, resulting in a reduced need for external recruitment agencies.
