   Serve as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for virtual preceptors across multiple Amazon Pharmacy locations, ensuring consistency and quality in student training. Lead curriculum enhancement efforts in collaboration with the Experiential Education Program Manager, incorporating real-world regulatory insights to optimize student learning experiences. Developed and implemented a Regulatory Affairs APPE rotation, providing pharmacy students with hands-on experience in pharmacy law, policy development, and Board of Pharmacy operations through regulatory tracking, rule analysis, and engagement with state Boards of Pharmacy, while integrating professional development and mentoring. Designed and delivered structured learning experiences in virtual and mail-order pharmacy practice, precepting over 30 students from 12 institutions and mentoring six new preceptors.
