ABOUT HARMONY OSUOCHA

I am an extroverted, people’s person, with a highly technical background. I studied Physics BSc and Physics with Business Management MSc at the University of Leeds.I have worked in Consulting on digital transformation programmes for the last 6 years. I have a strong interest in customer, and how product vision and strategy can be leveraged to deliver a valuable product. I have worked as functional lead/product manager with B2C and B2B large to medium scale organisations, leading multiple cross-functional workstreams. Starting from the discovery/ideation phase, conducting interviews, market research, competitor analysis and identifying brand differentiation. To then defining product vision, strategy and the core capabilities/features required to enable it. Furthermore, defining the product roadmap and forecasting resources and costs required for delivery.Not only have I worked in product strategy, but also delivery, implementation and end-user training. I have been Senior/Lead BA on multiple projects touching industries, including: consumer goods (retail and tobacco), healthcare, financial services, private education and public sector. Adopting agile and scrum methodologies for software implementation. e.g. epic and feature definition, user story writing, product backlog management, sprint backlog management, testing, UAT, and even end-user training. I also have thorough understanding of several CRM and UX work packages; Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Figma and Adobe.I am also passionate about and willingly promote and celebrate Diversity & Inclusion. I am particularly interested in initiatives related to Women in Tech, Intersectionality and Ethnic Diversity. I am co-lead of a Diversity & Inclusion initiative at our firm, often facilitating events and socials in which all colleagues are welcome. Our primary purpose is to understand, celebrate, educate and engage for change.
