25 years experience of working with children and young People, in children\'s and family services; nursing in the community with children who have a diagnosis Learning Disabilities, Neurodevelopmental Diagnosis, mental health and Complex Health Needs. More recently Leading and Managing health care and social care teams with service development for children without diagnosis or awaiting diagnosis.
