Since 2019 I have been the Product Owner on our Center of Excellence team working to convert the Enterprise documentation to using digital signatures through DocuSign. I am SAFe PO/PM certified and love using the Agile practices to help our business partners receive results faster and more efficiently. I\'ve been instrumental in implementing new ways to complete our end-to-end development-to-deployment and production support in line with SAFe Agile practices. Previously I was a project facilitator on a \"small\" online banking project, expanding my Business Analysis/PM skills. Our project team deployed Popmoney allowing me to explore new avenues of business analysis. Before this I worked on customer facing online banking projects and internal tool upgrades. Our division upheld IIBA standards for planning, monitoring, and eliciting requirements, requirements organization, management and communication, and document analysis, I was also responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, reporting, and compliance with all Enterprise and government regulations. We leveraged peer reviews of our work and used best practices to deliver value and quality to our project stakeholders. Our tools have included Jama, Jira, SharePoint, DocuSign, ADO, Compass, Workfront, Tempus, Confluence etc
