   Serve as the Project Architect for an award winning public library, many high end single family homes, and a multi-family development using the revolutionary 22 CPC Integrated Project Delivery method using BIM to build an integrated 3d project model that is coordinated with all engineering disciplines to a Fabrication LOD 400, cutting down the design and construction project schedule by 30% and costs by 20%. I serve as the Sustainability Committee Chair and lead the effort to track energy modelling and develop the firm Sustainability Action Plan to meet with the AIA\'s 2030 Challange. Successfully utilized Point Cloud 3d scanning technology to develop a highly accurate Revit model for the renovation of a Public project in Seattle.
