About Harmit Desai
Hi! I am currently working as an Associate in ZS\'s Decision Analytics Capability Group in their Pune CEC.My work includes helping a global pharmaceutical client develop and refine their Sales Force Incentive Compensation plans, by processing a multitude of data sources to create strategic and actionable steps for client sales and marketing teams. Prior to ZS, I worked as an Associate Consultant with ChemBizR, a market research and consulting firm mainly catering to Fortune 500 chemical companies. I handled and led multiple projects in areas of Competitive Intelligence, Market Entry Strategy and Market Research for global polymer, materials and specialty chemical companies. During my UG, I had the opportunity to intern with Cipla, a global pharmaceutical player in their oral solid dosage R&D facility in Mumbai in the summer of 2019. I worked on a project involving the process and formula optimization of a tablet based preparation for the US market. I am skilled in Market Research (both primary and secondary), Competitive Intelligence, Market Entry Strategy Formulation, Commercial Analytics, Product Launch Analysis and Business Strategy. On the technical end, I\'m skilled in Tableau (Advanced), MS Office (Advanced) and SQL (Basic). I have also had the opportunity to volunteer and contribute to educating underprivileged kids in the form of my tenures with U&I Trust and The Apprentice Project, where I worked as a volunteer teacher and fundraising/development volunteer, respectively.Outside of work, I am an avid reader, a freelance content writer and a sports enthusiast.
