Working as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to provide support and advice to my internal clients with their recruitment needs. I primarily manage recruitment efforts for our Central Region, which includes Toronto, Concord and Sudbury. However, I support additional regions across Canada for recruitment as required. I support internal recruitment by establishing positive relationships with my clients, understanding their department\'s needs, manage multiple requisitions, create efficient pipelines, post ads on our website, create strategies for external recruitment efforts, source candidates through multiple channels, and preform additional duties as required. With regards to candidates, it is my priority to provide an excellent candidate experience from beginning to end. I conduct preliminary screening calls, conduct interviews with hiring managers, manage all candidate inquires, prepare and provide verbal and written offers, provide in depth knowledge and understanding of BBA\'s corporate culture, values and business as well. I support in recruitment for multiple disciplines of engineering and professional services within BBA as well. I also additionally support on any projects that help to improve our team\'s recruitment efforts internally and help better our processes. I strive in retaining positive relationships with both my clients and candidates as well. I am also additionally keen on providing content and creating initiatives regarding our internal DEI efforts and learnings as well.
