About Harmik Sohi
I am currently heading Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) for Small Molecules and Biologics at Civica Rx, a start up with a mission to cater drug product shortages in the United States and deliver affordable Insulin to the patients. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have a strong background in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC), process development, technology transfer, regulatory submissions and product launches for all kinds of sterile injectables, ophthalmics and radio pharmaceuticals.My mission is to apply my expertise in Quality by Design, generic and 505(b)(2) products, process development, scale-up and transfer to develop and transfer innovative and complex sterile and specialty formulations that meet the needs of patients and clients. I have successfully delivered multiple projects in this field, in collaboration with my talented and dedicated team. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of pharmaceutical product development and technology transfer.
