   As Senior Editor at India Today TV (India Today Group), I work closely with the country\'s best, and probably the largest, team of investigative journalists. Reporting to the News Director, I oversee big-ticket special stories, investigations - undercover and open-source - script them for multiple platforms while ensuring that the finished program reflects the reportage fairly and accurately and is not lifted out of the context. I rigorously engage with reporters and am equally at ease in planning and executing work for digital and print platforms.I guide my teams from the development of ideas, through the creative process of gathering material, to the editing and delivery of outstanding and high-impact stories.I also write op-ed pieces on India Today Digital, DailyO.I am on India Today air as an expert on politics, diplomacy, rights, entertainment, and religion. I often report on Punjab, India\'s Sikh-majority state with a troubled history in the 1980-90s.
