Build & manage a global Talent Acquisition Team to support the organizations growth plans & hiring requirements. Manage the entire team in their execution, performance and strategic projects.* Find the right balance between speed, quality & cost and use the talent Acquisition vendors that are already empaneled with the client effectively. Also engage with new vendors, RPO\'s and develop their capability.* Understand the entire company\'s business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions.* Drive adoption and continuous improvement of global recruitment processes, and ensure their execution is in line with global requirements, with a strong focus on harmonization of global policies & processes.* Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards.* Enhance & own candidate experience for the interview processes. Build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in timely manner.* Ensure market benchmarks and internal bands are taken care of while offering a candidate and priortize the hiring funnel basis business requirements.
