Passionate about fostering mental health and wellness, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and couples through therapy and psychoeducation. Through a compassionate approach I address to individuals and couples facing various challenges. I utilize a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed and evidence based approaches tailored to client needs using psychodynamic, CBT, art based, positive psychotherapy, solution focused, somatic and mindfulness based approaches. My journey in mental health and psychotherapy includes experience a psychologist in India for 7years, where I conducted assessments, provided individual therapy and group counseling, conducted psychoeducational workshops using tailored and eclectic approach while providing safe, and confidential space to my clients.
