In my current role as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing at Daiya Healthcare, my focus is on building meaningful collaborations that align with our mission: delivering high-quality patient care while addressing the real-world operational challenges that Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) face. By fostering partnerships with organizations that share our values, I aim to support SNFs in implementing a care model that is both effective and sustainable—for providers, patients, and administrators alike.Prior to this role, I served as Director of Talent Acquisition, where I led recruitment and retention strategies in a competitive healthcare landscape. With a background in healthcare-focused HR, I bring extensive experience in business planning, clinical data management, customer/talent acquisition, and operational leadership. My approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of patient-centric care delivery and workforce development.Outside of healthcare, I am the Owner and CEO of ABC Dance Center, a community-driven dance school that teaches the Indian folk dance Bhangra to over two hundred students of all ages.Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Washington. Most recently, I earned my Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA.
