I carry with me the DNA of # Indian Armed Forces. A seasoned professional from the service industry brings in his international experiences from New Zealand. He graduated from the esteemed University of Auckland and started his career with Spotless ( Integrated Facilities Services ) headquartered in Australia. The first stint with Spotless Group which is engaged in providing more than 100 integrated facility services for more than customers in New Zealand across Government, Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, Large Stadia and Entertainment Venues. The exposure working with Spotless Group gave indepth knowledge to hands on Operations from Frontline Soft Service in high risk settings to high end Hospitality in Iconic Venues and Maintenance Services. Post working with Spotless Group he then joined Suppremo Hospitality Solutions, Auckland as a Senior Talent Recruiter where the role was to plan recruitments, hire Hospitality professionals for various roles, train and develop the human resources as per the industry benchmarks. He being a service professional driven with passion for Hospitality then latter joined the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels a global Hospitality and Real Estate Group, with having 125 hotels in 22 countries in Asia, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Mr. Harman Chahal with having indepth exposure to Integrated Facility Services, strategic Human Resources Planning got back to India and started with Business Operations as CEO at SARAGARHI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLP with an aim to develop the Human Resource at rural level, transform unskilled youth into potential skilled professionals and at the same time provide a highly professional Security and Integrated Facility Solutions to the Businesses, industry and Corporates at Pan India.National level Marksman with having National ranking and equalized National Record. Represented Director General National Cadet Corps (NCC) and Punjab Armed Police (PAP) at National competitions and other championships.NCC Veteran
