ABOUT HARMAN SINGH AHUJA

As a Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Magna International, one of the world\'s leading automotive suppliers, I applied my software testing and development skills to ensure the quality and performance of automotive systems and components. I collaborated with the R&D manager and the engineering staff to design, simulate, and test high-speed automated equipment using 3D CAD software and Mathworks tools. I also presented cost-benefit analyses and reported product defects and manufacturing lags, resulting in reduced waste, increased efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction.I am pursuing my Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering at the University of Windsor, where I learn about the latest trends and technologies in the field, such as autonomous driving, connected vehicles, and electric mobility. I have a strong background in Mechatronics, with a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and over three years of experience in designing and developing motor control units, power electronics, and embedded systems for electric and hybrid vehicles. I have worked as a Senior Design and Development Engineer at HMC MM AUTO LIMITED and as an Assistant Manager - Motor Control Unit at Ola Electric, where I contributed to multiple projects and products that improved the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of mobility solutions. I am passionate about innovation, automation, and electrification in the automotive industry, and I strive to enhance my skills and competencies in software testing, software development, and system integration.
