Highlights of What I’ve Built: CompWise_AI – A GPT-powered recommendation engine for real estate comps, featuring SHAP-based explainability and clustering over massive datasets. NexusMind – A web summarizer + Q&A app that scrapes live websites, supports persistent chat, and lets users share & resume sessions. Churn Predictor App – Deployed ML models to predict customer churn, explain decisions with LLMs, and auto-generate personalized emails. Financial AI Toolkit – Intelligent systems to extract real-time sentiment, automate stock research, and summarize 100+ articles per minute.
