Program manager for the Alzheimer\'s Disease Research Center (ADRC), an NIH funded research program at the Memory and Aging Center in the department of Neurology. The ADRC is a longitudinal study following a cohort of 400 patients for a period of 5 to 10 years that involves multiple projects aimed at improving the understanding of the brain and behavior as affected by neurodegenerative disease. I act as team leader and as the liaison to all collaborating groups and report to the Principal Investigator on all program activity. Responsible for directing the recruitment of subjects, management of patient schedules, management of clinician schedules, data collection, training of research assistants, administration and interpretation of cognitive testing, reporting of results, and leadership of weekly lab meetings. Additional responsibilities include daily operations, ADRC meetings/events, progress reports and quality improvement goals for the entire program project grant. Also accountable for operational and quality improvement decisions and directions for the research program in dementia.
