Back in 2019, we started Renzo as a two-man band with nothing but an idea and a willingness to figure things out. Fast forward to today, and we’ve built a large internal and external team responsible for operations across four areas in the East Midlands.I’ve carried out every role you could think of—from handling guest messages at 2 AM to cleaning apartments myself—and have gradually moved into my current role. Now, my focus is on growth, culture, and quality—ensuring we scale in the right way while keeping our standards incredibly high.Day to day, I’m responsible for: Expanding the business and identifying new opportunities Setting the culture that drives our team and operations Improving and optimising systems to keep everything running smoothly Maintaining the highest levels of quality across all of our propertiesWe’ve come a long way, and we’re only getting started.
