A leading food-to-go manufacturer with sites across the UK and Northern Ireland, producing high-quality chilled, hot, frozen, and bakery products for clients in education, retail, food service, travel, and healthcare. • Lead end-to-end NPD projects – formulate and cost recipes, coordinate cross-functional teams, work closely with senior client contacts and internal senior leadership, and manage timelines to deliver seasonal menus and product ranges on time and within budget.• Brief and liaise with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality ingredients that meet nutritional, technical and budget requirements.• Lead product trials - deliver hands-on training to production teams across multiple sites, write detailed reports, and support smooth handover into daily production.• Run taste panels and quality checks to ensure consistency, flavour and presentation across multiple menus. • Write a column for company newspaper, reporting on latest food trends.
