As an aspiring physician, I founded ProjectREI to serve as a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and educating communities about reproductive endocrinology and infertility. These topics are often shrouded in taboo, leading to misinformation and silence around critical health issues. Through this initiative, I aim to break the stigma and foster open conversations, empowering individuals with knowledge about their reproductive health. By creating educational programs and collaborative platforms, ProjectREI works to ensure that reproductive endocrinology receives the recognition it deserves, paving the way for more accessible and informed healthcare discussions.

ABOUT HARLEEN KAUR
I am a third-year student at McMaster University pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) with a focus on Integrated Rehabilitation. My academic journey has strengthened my passion for rehabilitation sciences and inspired my goal of becoming a future physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals recover, rebuild strength, and improve their overall quality of life.I am particularly interested in sports medicine, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and preventative care, and I strive to deepen my understanding through both academic and experiential learning. I am currently seeking volunteer, internship, or shadowing opportunities that will allow me to gain hands-on clinical experience, learn from practicing professionals, and continue developing my skills in patient-centered care.Beyond the classroom, I have built a strong foundation in leadership and community engagement. As the Founder of Project Rei, an initiative focused on reproductive endocrinology and infertility awareness, and the Founder of McMaster Women Against Domestic Violence, I have led projects that promote advocacy, education, and empowerment. In addition, my experience as an Air Cadet Leader has instilled in me the values of discipline, teamwork, and effective communication, qualities I bring to every professional and academic setting.I am passionate about fostering recovery and resilience through compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and empowerment.
