ABOUT HARLEEN MANAK
I am currently working in a pharmaceutical company with a job title of a senior CRA but my role is of assisting clinical trial manager in the study from start up to close out. I directly report to the Director, Clinical Operations. I have 14+ years of experience in clinical research, spanning various therapeutic areas, such as oncology, cardiology, and neurology. My core competencies include electronic trial master file (eTMF), clinical site monitoring, protocol development and implementation, data management, and mentorship. I have worked as a site monitor for 11+ years and have handled more than 2-3 protocols at a time, with multiple sponsors and vendors. I have also been a mentor for other CRAs and have always received recognition for my diligence, efficiency, hard work, and teamwork. My mission is to ensure compliance, quality, and timeliness in every trial I manage, and to contribute to the advancement of medical science and patient care.
