As the CEO / Business Head of Dabur Nepal i constantly focus on exciting our consumers with a vast portfolio of brands across our diverse verticals viz -Healthcare,Home & Personal Care & Foods.I also engage & keep strengthening relationships with external & internal stakeholders & the larger ecosystem.I and my team are always exploring solutions to make a positive difference & fructify Dabur\'s vision of \"Dedicated to the Health & Well Being of every household \". As the Business Head for Dabur Nepal i have successfully managed a very tough & complex business environment over a long period of time to deliver strong growths & healthy CAGR\'s along with significant improvement in margin profile & profitability. I and my team have literally built this business ground up and scaled it to a significant size.Apart from business results i have been able to induce greater agility & speed across functions & have upgraded their capabilities to be future fit. Before my current stint i was the Business Head - SAARC for the Dabur group,having led teams across Nepal,Bangladesh,Sri Lanka & the Myanmar Cluster.I have worked with the Dabur group for over 24 years in India & the SAARC region across various leadership roles in Sales,Business Development,Marketing & General Management.I have served on Management Committees of a no of businesses and held director level position in the boards of the Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka I am customer focused & place a significant emphasis on innovation.I believe in new & innovative ways of working with disruptions leading to constructive & positive results.I endeavor to develop the support functions by driving operational excellence & developing talent thereby striving to build a top notch organization I support increasing gender diversity & champion equality & inclusion.I also place a lot of emphasis on CSR initiatives & Environmental Sustainability. I believe in advocacy for my organization & the Industry at large and have served on numerous trade bodies & associations including NICCI ( Nepal India Chamber of Commerce & Industry ) as Vice -President & Executive Committee Member & CNI ( Confederation of Nepalese Industries ) as National Committee Member. I have also represented my company in FNCCI & CII forums & delegations.
