I have completed the migration of 37 Atlantic credit unions to the Mambu cloud-based core banking platform. The project marks a major system-wide transition aimed at modernizing core banking technology for the region\'s credit unions.* Acted as the lead point of contact for a project from migration start to closure.*Supported the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.*Led and nurtured relationships with clients in the public sector and utilities, identifying opportunities to drive digital transformation initiatives.* Focused on consultative selling and solution design, driving revenue growth and exceeding client expectations in the delivery of IT services and infrastructure.* Managed client portfolios and consistently met sales targets, growing business revenue by leveraging deep industry knowledge and client relationships.Acted as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between client needs and technology solutions, while enhancing the overall customer experience.*Provided support for assembling the Credit Unions project team and stakeholders to ensure accountability and awareness of functional impacts during the project or projects.*Established a selected vendor Scope of Work documents and RFPs as assigned to enable vendor selection and the generation of proposals and project budgets, and work authorization letters for those selected areas or project elements.*Provided Executive Sponsor with continued insight into the viability of the business case (e.g, costs, benefits, KPIs) as the project progresses.
